Cumbria Activity Requirement

This intervention is aimed at improving compliance with Community Orders and reduce the likelihood of reoffending.

The activity requirement (compliance) is available to offenders who are in breach of their Community Order.  It means the purposes of sentence by making Orders more onerous, providing an additional punishment and encouraging their rehabilitation which will in turn be beneficial to protection of the public.
